After making its global launch last week, Xiaomi Philippines is bringing the Xiaomi 12 Series to the country! Starting March 24, you will be able to preorder the latest Xiaomi flagship phones. YES, there are two phones: the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro!
Pricing and Availability
The Xiaomi 12 Pro with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage retails for P48,999 and the Xiaomi 12 with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage retails for P39,999. Both will be available for preorder in Xiaomi’s official online and authorized retail stores from March 24 to April 1 can also score amazing deals.
If you preorder a Xiaomi 12 Pro, you will get a FREE Mi TV P1 43″. Meanwhile, you will get a FREE Mi TV P1 32” if you preorder a Xiaomi 12. Freebies are subject to stock availability. Both phones will have a 1 + 1 year extended warranty.
Standout Features of the Xiaomi 12 Series
Both phones in the Xiaomi 12 Series feature triple rear cameras including a 50MP main camera featuring Xiaomi ProFocus. (Xiaomi 12 gets the Sony IMX766 main sensor while the Xiaomi 12 Pro gets the new Sony IMX707 main sensor.) The Xiaomi 12 Pro ups that ante with a triple 50MP cameras on the rear! They also have the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, which helps them achieve all the new photo and video capabilities like Ultra Night Video and the other portrait-centric features.
Xiaomi packs really fast charging tech in both phones! The Xiaomi 12 has a 4500 mAh battery with 67W wired turbo charging. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 12 Pro carries a slightly bigger 4600 mAh battery along with the INSANE 120W Xiaomi HyperCharge.
Both of these phones carry AMOLED DotDisplays which were rated A+ by DisplayMate. Gorilla Glass Victus protects the displays on these phones, and have 120Hz displays. The Xiaomi 12 Pro has a better display thanks to having AdaptiveSync Pro which adjusts the display from 1 to 120Hz depending on the content.
