All Those Uber Problems…

Uber is going through a lot recently. From scandals to allegations, Uber can’t seem to stay out of the limelight. Just this year, these are the Uber problems I’ve read on the web:

I’m not even going to talk about how Uber has a program that basically hides from government employees. INSANE! I just hope Uber gets its act together and implement drastic changes so as not to make things worse than they already are. I wish all the best for you, Uber.

WikiLeaks Does A CIA Dump!

This shocked me when I first caught wind of it! In case you didn’t notice at all, WikiLeaks dumped a lot of information on what the CIA does to spy on us through our gadgets! One way they did it is through using the camera of the Smart TV regardless of whether the TV is on or off! Isn’t that creepy and insane?

We’ve become so reliant with technology that we tend to ignore the consequences of not minding our privacy in our gadgets. If you have time, make sure you have the right privacy and security for all your gadgets. It will help you in the long run.

More Galaxy S8 Rumors!

As we get closer and closer to the March 29th launch of the Galaxy S8, we’re basically getting all the information that we can beforehand. Despite not being the first smartphone to have a bezel-less display this year, expect Samsung to bring out all the stops for this to be best phone Samsung wants it to be.

The latest leaks are photos of the device itself and more detailed info on the device. The info comes from none other than Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI Securities. Most of the info confirms what we already know about the S8: it’ll come in two models, the S8 and the S8 Plus, both will have curved OLED displays, and more.

  1. I know Uber’s been through some tough times this year, but I didn’t know it’s THAT tough. With all these controversies surrounding them, I wont be surprised if this company closes shop within the next few years.

  2. Bad press for the transpo company, but hopefully they manage to get a hold of their stuff and do some damage control. Or else, the things that the driver of the cab I just rode last night might come true where he was really praying that companies like Grab and Uber go down. Hahaha.

  3. Wow, this is basically my first time read about Uber’s controversies. 😐 Well, they certainly have to get their shit together. Whew.

  4. Uber has been a life saver for me and I get sad when I see news like this. I guess it would be hard to have it be that it was perfect with no flaws but hopefully they do their best to give the best possible service so we’ll have this service to rely on. The Wikileaks news is not as surprising as I thought it would be. I did catch Snowden recently so I know the power governments have and day by day it does feel like we are losing our sense of privacy.
