You see my face up there? Yeah. I’m feeling kinda sick today. I hate this feeling because I can’t do the things that I wanna do normally (like doing a blog post).
I wanna go back to the gym and workout so that I can shed some pounds. I wanna go on a diet to help with the shedding of those pounds. Any advice on what to do so that I won’t get tempted to eat a lot of unhealthy food? Any mobile apps you can recommend for exercise and diet?
