OnePlus just announced its newest flagship smartphones: the OnePlus 8 Series! It consists of two phones: the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.
OnePlus 8 Pro: Now A True Flagship!
We’re no longer in the time when OnePlus claims itself to have a flagship killer. The company now makes a true 2020 flagship phone in the OnePlus 8 Pro. It is the phone in the OnePlus 8 Series that have all the features. This is basically the phone that the OnePlus community clamored for.
FINALLY a Flagship Display!
The 8 Pro basically gets all the ingredients for a great flagship! It has a Fluid AMOLED Display with a 3168×1440 resolution. It now has a 120Hz refresh rate with 240Hz touch sampling. DisplayMate‘s test showed that it broke 13 RECORDS in terms of its display! Only high-end brands like Apple and Samsung managed to achieve this level before.
Not Just About The Display…
The display is not the only thing great though. It has a sleek matte-frosted glass back that comes in three colors: Onyx Black, Ultramarine Blue, and Glacial Green.
Another aspect that OnePlus focused on is the camera. The OnePlus 8 Pro has a quad rear camera setup: a 48MP Sony IMX689 main sensor, a 48MP ultrawide sensor, an 8MP telephoto sensor, and a 5MP color filter sensor. OnePlus is confident that the cameras on the 8 Pro can truly go toe-to-toe with the other heavy hitters.
