vivo x ZEISS Camera Technology Lets You Capture Masterpieces
Of course, the main highlight of the X80 Series is the camera capabilities we get with these phones. The vivo X80 is the world’s first and only smartphone to carry the new 50MP Sony IMX866 RGBW Bottom Sensor. Alongside that, the X80 has a 12MP ultrawide camera and a 12MP telephoto camera.
Meanwhile, the X80 Pro has a customized 50MP “Ultra Sensing” Samsung ISOCELL GNV sensor for the main camera. Alongside it is three very capable cameras: a 48MP ultrawide camera, a 12MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and Gimbal OIS, and an 8MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom.
Both phones come equipped with ZEISS optics that have lenses coated with ZEISS T* coating. The T* coating improves image quality, resulting in clearer and brighter images with richer details. vivo and ZEISS also recreated the ZEISS Master Anamorphic lens which brings ZEISS Cinematic Style Bokeh and Cinematic Video Bokeh to a smartphone camera. Both phones also come with a 32MP front camera.

While the X80 just has a 2400 x 1080 resolution, the X80 Pro carries a 3200 x 1440 resolution with support for 10-bit color with 1024 color levels.
The vivo X80 comes in two colors, Urban Blue and Cosmic Black, while the X80 Pro only comes in the Cosmic Black color.
