How does one get this card?
You get this card if you purchase at least P50,000 worth of products, trainings, and services from Power Mac Center. The amount can be accumulated from receipts since July 2013!
Is there a registration process?
Yes! There are two ways to do so: via text and online registration in-store. The people at Power Mac Center will guide you through those steps once you are able to get one!
Do I earn points with the 1 Infinite Card?
Of course you do! P200 worth of purchases/payments = 1 point
Are there tiers or levels that I should be aware of?
There are multiple tiers you should know of: Silver (250pts), Gold (500pts), Platinum (750pts), and Diamond (1000pts). As you accumulate points, you go up to the higher tiers.
Do the points expire?
Yes, but they only expire a year after the date of your last purchase.
Are there other benefits besides the ones in the tiers?
Yep! There is a dedicated hotline for 1 Infinite Card members for 24/7 customer service! There are also partner establishments that offer special discounts and privileges for members.
If the card gets lost or broken, can I have it replaced?
Indeed you can! You just need to pay the P500 replacement fee.

I came to one of your stores to claim my 200 points in my card from the last year August i purchase about 60,000 thousand to iphone 8plus,
But then the cashier who assisted told me i need to purchase an item before i can claim my points, it’s so confusing because sms notify me that i had points valid until to claim my points.
Then after a bit of conversation to her i rather end up buying cellphone case regular price and i cannot reedem my points. apparently sms notify me again that said”Thank you for using your loyalty card at Festival Supermall branch and redeeming 200 points. Your remaining balance is 0” im so pissed because why my points are tagged claimed and i actually purchase in Sm Bacoor not in Festival Supermall branch.Hope you can get back to me.
