Last Saturday, I was able to go to Isla Sugbo Seafood City in the Grand Convention of Cebu to attend the SmartBro888 Nationwide Caravan. They were there primarily to promote their best ever offer: the Smart Bro 4G Pocket WiFi can be yours for only P888!
Smart Bro is really pushing this amazing offer to us Filipinos because they want us to experience the full potential of the internet. The rise of social media usage and the importance of being mobile led to this surge of internet users right now but most of them just connect to a public WiFi hotspot. With the Smart Bro 4G Pocket WiFi being priced aggressively, people can now connect to the internet without the need to look for WiFi in the mall or in every resort they stay. Along with the 4G Pocket WiFi, you get FREE 350MB of data per month for 3 MONTHS! That’s a good deal right there!
They recommend using the 4G Pocket WiFi with their SurfMax 85 promo where you can surf without worries for 2 days for just P85! Note that you are just given an allocation of 800MB to use the full speed of the Smart network. After that, they limit the speed to 256kbps which is slow by today’s standards.
Besides promoting their flagship promotion during the event, Smart Bro also brought along their Celebrity BROkadas: MJ Lastimosa, Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2014, and Michael Pangilinan, runner-up of Your Face Sounds Familiar. They share their experiences during the SmartBro888 Caravan so far and how Smart Bro has made their internet life easier.
All in all, I really enjoyed the SmartBro888 Cebu Press Conference event. I learned about Smart Bro’s latest offerings and I hope to test out the Smart Bro 4G Pocket WiFi as much as possible! This now brings me to the teaser for the next post:
Yep. I’m gonna put the Smart Bro 4G Pocket WiFi in a head-to-head comparison review with the Globe Tattoo 4G Pocket WiFi! Watch out for that here!
Special thanks to Ian Fuentes of PinoyMetroGeek for the opportunity to attend this event! Check out his post on the event.
